1 Peter 4:10

The Good Stewards PMA declares the basic right of all of association members to decide for themselves which association members could be expected to give wise counsel and advice concerning all matters including, but not limited to, physical and mental health care assistance, law, agriculture, self-governance, self-sustenance, and any other matter, and to accept from those members any and all counsel, advice, tips, etc. whom I feel are able to properly advise and assist me; by joining this association, I understand that it is entirely my own responsibility to consider the advice and recommendations offered by my fellow members and to educate myself as to the efficacy, risks, and desirability of same and the acceptance of the offered recommendations, diagnoses, therapy, treatment and care, etc.; it is my own free will and an exercise of my rights to do so and I agree to hold the steward(s) and other worker members and the association harmless from any unintentional liability for the results of such care, except for harm that results for instances of a clear and present danger of substantive evil as determined by the association, since the association is protected by the First, Fourth, Fifth, Ninth, and Tenth Amendments to the U.S. Constitution, it is outside the jurisdiction and authority of federal and state agencies and authorities concerning any and all complaints or grievances against the association, and steward(s), members and other associated persons; all rights of complaint will be settled by an association committee, and adjudication otherwise will be waived by the member for the benefit of the association and its members
